Working with a household name like Vauxhall was a brilliant opportunity, and over six years I helped lead the development of the brand across campaigns, digital platforms and customer touchpoints. Following its acquisition by PSA, I led a project to define how the brand should live across its wider ecosystem. This included a full channel review, identifying where the experience had become fragmented and creating a clearer, more consistent approach for a digital-first future. I also helped develop an online brand platform to replace outdated PDF guidelines, giving internal teams, agencies, suppliers and retailers one accessible source of truth and a practical way to protect the brand across every channel.
